With the problems that Europe is having with E. Coli I thought I’d share two resources that can help.
The first is this link to an article about using hydrogen peroxide and vinegar to kill the e. coli.

The second is an essential oil blend available from doTerra. Onguard combines wild orange, clove, cinnamon, eucalyptus and rosemary. This oil can be used internally and externally. This is a perfect thing to have in emergency kits. Leave a comment if you need a source for this and I’ll contact you.
